Elizabeth Soltys is CEO of AirLandSeah.

Since 2012 she has been on the forefront working with senior industry and agency leadership--NSC, the Hill and White House regarding Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) integration as well as countering and defeating non-cooperative assets.

She worked for Raytheon Technologies "RTX" as the Global Director for the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) / UAS Traffic Management  Campaign. She is versed in the furtherment of  UAS expanse and managing portfolios that focus on regulatory, policy, engineering, and advancing concepts in this nascent market.

Prior to joining RTX, Elizabeth achieved 30+ years of aviation experience before she retired from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). She directed many activities with emphasis in research and full-scale development and system deployment; and tackled countless regulatory/policy issues.

She also managed a system engineering portfolio of contracts with an estimated value of $6.4 billion, the largest set of awards in FAA history. 


Soltys’ private-sector experience also includes working as a structural engineer designing skyscrapers for world-renowned DeSimone Consulting Engineers, NY, NY and Mergers & Acquisitions for Kidder Peabody of General Electric Co, NY, NY.

She holds Bachelors in Architectural Engineering (Structural Engineer) and Science (Applied Mathematics) and an MBA (Finance and Accounting), and is currently pursuing her doctorate. Soltys has also held multiple adjunct mathematics professor positions—Pennsylvania State University and Richard Stockton State University.
